Teaching experience
I started my teaching career at Highgate School, where I taught for 7 years including a stint as Second in Department. I then moved to Westminster School, one of the highest achieving academic schools in the country, where I taught for 5 years.
I have experience teaching from Year 7 to Year 13, including many Further Mathematics A Level classes across several different branches of the course.
In September 2023 I will start teaching at the Lancaster University School of Mathematics - a maths specialist 6th form college at which every pupil will study both Single and Further Maths A Levels.
Qualifications
I was awarded a First Class MMath degree in Mathematics and Statistics from The Queen's College, Oxford University, graduating in 2009. In 2012 I subsequently studied for an MRes degree in Statistics and Operational Research, and was awarded a Distinction - coming top of the year group in the majority of the exams.
I took my A Levels in 2005 and gained 4 A grades (before A* grades existed) in Maths, Further Maths, Physics and Chemistry.
